Our idea of company development includes the increase of production and sales of metric knitted fabrics for clothing applications, coupled with an increase in the production services share (esp. finishing) which have considerable impact on the high usability features of end products. In order to meet growing demands of our customers and to maintain the Company’s market position, we are systematically implementing major structural modifications resulting in new technologies being applied to expand our current range of products and services and enable us to meet the requirements of various customer groups, with particular emphasis put on their demands in terms of quality. The Company’s investment schedule for the coming years includes the creation of a technological base able to produce top quality knitting fabrics which could prove popular in foreign markets and be available domestically. The essential component of the accepted investment plan in question is to win a strategic partner from whom we expect in particular:
- access to EU, Russian and Ukrainian outlets in order to boost sales;
- technological and modernisation investments;
- reinvestment of profits.
The actual feasibility of the established strategic objectives depends on a number of advantages. The most important of them are as follows:
- highly-qualified and stable management and employee staff (average seniority: 17 years, average age: 44 years);
- modern, well-organised, computerised, and technologically equipped enterprise able to generate healthy profits with the highest labour efficiency indicator per employee in the industry;
- professional customer service;
- lack of disaffection that could jeopardise operation.
