We co-operate with our key customers in various way: information exchange, sharing of experience and insight, as well as mutual informational, promotion and advertisement operations.
The basic rule which conditions the development of relationships with our partners is a mutual will to participate in an outstanding undertaking and a deep conviction in the actual suitability of our operations. Regardless of the fact which party is the initiator of a given action, we carry out careful analysis of conditions and decide on our potential participation in the initiative.
Customers whose production is based on raw materials coming in total or in part from our offer and who have been our partners for at least a few years are often offered a permanent co-operation contract which allows many options, including the right to use our registered logo in promotional and marketing materials, provision of presentation and advertisement items (e.g. banners, light boxes and stands), as well as offering printed informational materials.
As far as advanced partnership is concerned, we may offer a contract for mutual provision of information services which allows our partners to obtain selected information labels to mark their own products made of our knitting fabrics in order to show a reliable origin of the raw material used. Due to the specific nature of such a partnership based on long-term trust and mutual responsibility, it is only available to established customers, excluding new partners or those who use various sources of knitted fabric supply. The fact that certain products are made solely of our materials guarantees that the resulting end product is not a blend of knitted fabrics from various producers.
As a consequence, it allows the producer to notify end users in an honest and reliable manner on the advantages and beneficial features of knitted fabrics made by ZTK Teofilów S.A.
