In order to address all the needs and suggestions of our customers, ZTK TEOFILÓW S.A., famous for innovative ideas, currently offers a totally unique service, so far unknown in the Polish market, i.e. knitted fabric printing in volumes which enable the production of extremely short runs of bespoke (custom-made) products. This innovative service has been enabled by using our digital printer for reactive inks.

The cutting-edge technology allows the creating of patterns of various sizes - from small details to huge surfaces of print, which offers designers practically unlimited freedom in their creative work. The digital prints in question may be applied to cotton, viscose and modal-fibre fabrics.

Obviously, the main advantage is a completely new minimum volume of printed fabric and the opportunity to evaluate print quality in the most accurate manner by computer screen review or the evaluation of paper print-outs which enable the verifier to imagine what the ready-made print will look like when applied onto a bigger surface.

Designers may also overlay successive print-out sheets and evaluate the resulting combination on the levelled surface. The new technology of digital print will enable the producers to test end products made of printed fabrics by launching sample runs directly onto the market in order to select those best received by increasingly demanding users.

This opportunity opens a huge range of new opportunities for our customers, and in combination with the possibility to reserve the exclusive right to a given printed pattern, even in the production of huge volumes of items on an industrial scale, it allows them to achieve market success without fears that the attractive pattern will immediately be copied and used by competitors.
