was established pursuant to Ordinance no. 52/0/72 by the former Minister of the Consumer Goods Industry of 30.12.1972 as a State-owned enterprise. Over more than 3 decades of its operation in the textile industry, this multi-plant company has progessively adjusted its organisational structure to changing economical conditions.
